13 Feb Multicultural Child & Family Hope Center.

Northwest Medical Arts is excited to announce the nonprofit recipient of funds supported by your monthly membership dollars.  In our first quarter of operations, we were able to match member contributions and make our first donation to the Multicultural Child & Family Hope Center.  This is a local nonprofit in Tacoma whose mission is to EDUCATE, EMPOWER, and UPLIFT our children, youth, & community to increase access to opportunities.

This charitably-funded 501(c)3 organization offers before and after school childcare services, emergency respite foster care, early learning programs, and a diaper bank that serves up to 100 families each month. They also have programs designed to give parents tools to reduce incidents of child maltreatment, enhance safety in homes, help fathers navigate the child welfare system as well as many other services and partner programs.
