I have been seeing Shanti for years, before she owned @northwestmedicalarts. When she moved, an hour away, I followed her because I trust her with all recommendations. I couldn't find anyone like her. She's honest, never tries to upsell you. I've gotten several medical grade treatments from her, all wonderful. Then, I got the Diamond Glow with Mia. I love love love it. It's my new go-to facial. While Mia is newer to the profession, 2 years, it's like she's been doing this forever. She is so knowledgeable & sweet! And, what's even better, she loves what she does. You can certainly hear it & see it. Your skin is worth it!

New to aesthetic medicine I was hesitant to begin my journey waiting two years researching, I finally made the plunge and I am confident I found the right practitioners to help look and feel my best. I completely trust Heather (and Shanti’s- I’ve been cared by both) experience and judgement. I can personally easily feel oversold or have buyers remorse but I never feel that way after my visits with them. Instead I feel well-looked after and trust that they have my best interest at heart. They’re a dream team and 100% worth the drive from North Seattle. My fourth visit will be in a few months and I can’t wait.

I’ve been going to Shanti all this year as a New Year resolution for myself. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She is AMAZING. My Sculptra results have been life changing - so natural, but such a beautiful difference. And my lips ✨
But she really listens to what you want, has an incredible eye, and somehow makes you look like you… just better. I trust her completely with my face at this point 😂 I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else. If you’re considering doing anything aesthetic, go see Shanti. 10/10 🤍

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northwest Medical Arts! Heather and Shanti are truly incredible at what they do. I’ve been absolutely thrilled with my Botox results—they have such an eye for creating a natural, refreshed look while still making me feel like myself.
The PRFM treatments for my under eyes have honestly been transformative. This was an area I was so self-conscious about for years, and the difference has been amazing. I no longer have that little wave of anxiety when someone pulls out a camera for a candid photo with friends, which has been such a confidence boost. I even recently got a new driver’s license, and for once I actually LOVE my photo!
Beyond the results, Heather and Shanti are warm, knowledgeable, meticulous, and make you feel completely comfortable and cared for. I trust them implicitly with my face, which says everything. If you’re considering Botox, PRFM, or any aesthetic treatment, I couldn’t recommend Northwest Medical Arts more highly. They’ve made such a positive difference in how I feel about my appearance!

I’ve been doing fish treatments for probably Seven or eight years. I’ve been to several different places. I have been over the top happy not just with the Customer Service, but of course with the results. I constantly get people telling me how good I look, that I never age, all the things. I love it and I love love love the people that work there I would highly recommend it to anyone. It might be a little bit more expensive than what I was paying before but worth every penny of it and the results are much better. Make yourself an appointment today lol

Hidden gem alert! You’d easily miss this place, but it’s great. Shanti is fabulous! I found NW Medical Arts searching for a place to learn more about Botox—I’d never done any kind of medical aesthetic treatment before and didn’t really know what I was looking for, except that I wanted somewhere run by NPs. Shanti is an NP, is incredibly knowledgeable, made me feel so comfortable and well informed, and I am so happy with my results! I’ve only gotten Botox (which was way less scary than I thought), but given the high standard of care and attention to detail, I would bet their other services are great too.
